Lost and Found: Flip-Flap-Waddle

Join our Floor Explorer Class in September as we have fun learning about penguins and where they come from. We will be moving, dancing and creating together taking ideas from the ways penguins live, move and comunicate with each other.

We will also be taking inspiration from Oliver Jeffers book Lost and Found.

There once was a boy and one day a penguin arrives on his doorstep. The boy decides the penguin must be lost and tries to return him. But no one seems to be missing a penguin. So the boy decides to take the penguin home himself, and they set out in his row boat on a journey to the South Pole. But when they get there, the boy discovers that maybe home wasn’t what the penguin was looking for after all.

Our sessions encourage children to explore new movements, develop and use their own movement ideas, listen to others and think creatively. We love seeing adults and children respond to new ideas, create, move and play together. Our classes are also a great place to meet other parents!

Classes are suitable for any child who is walking but younger child are welcome to come and engage at their level and ability.
